These terms govern your use of the ZoogVPN Telegram bot and related service. By starting the bot, connecting to VPN servers or using our materials you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service immediately.
2. Nature of the service
ZoogVPN provides a VPN service with a free plan and paid plans. It encrypts your internet connection and routes traffic through our servers. It is intended for lawful personal use only.
3. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific speeds or the availability of any particular server or location.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages, service interruptions, technical failures or actions of third parties.
5. Lawful use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and you use the service at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, software and content are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distributing or reselling them without permission is prohibited.
7. Access restrictions
We may suspend or limit access if these terms are violated, abuse is detected or the law requires it.
8. Advertising
Free plans may include advertising, which you accept by using them.
9. Payments
Free and paid plans are available. Paid features are subject to the plan terms shown at purchase and require your consent. Refunds are governed by the ZoogVPN refund policy at zoogvpn.com.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, through the competent courts. If one provision is invalid, the rest remain in force.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are announced through the Telegram bot. Continued use means you accept them.
